Went to watch MR 500 race at bedok resouvior yesterday.
Gymed with lech and shawn today.
Swimming later on.
Went to Tampines Mall foodcourt to have our lunch and accompany shawn to buy his stuff.
Met up with gf at my house :)
Fruitful day.

Today, awesome day with gf.
Meet her up at Expo mrt station.
Headed to Expo , Robinsons sales.
Bought some stuffs.
Accompany her to changi airport , while she went to sent off some of her girls team to overseas.
Headed home after that.

Gym was a tired one. did heavy weights , less reps.
After gym, headed to swimming.
Weather wasnt that good :x
Bathe and went to had our lunch at east link food court.
Waited for Jianbin at Tampines mrt platform.
Went to Queenstown to look for Sports attire and Team shirt.
After Queenstown, took a bus to Mrt and headed back to Tampines.

Currently, this few days have been meeting gf. dragonboat training. :x

Today, Woke up and give gf a morning call.
Bathe , eat and went to meet victor at interchange.
Took bus to sch.
Training as usual.
Did circuits today, Fun (: but tiring
Gym underground and pull ups.
Thanks for the lunch box with the 2 snack inside :x
After training, Swim with db mates at swimming pool.
Headed to cafe 1 for lunch.
Homed.





Yesterday, went out with gf to bugis.
Waited for her for 1hr 45 mins?
Shes was real late. broke record. lols
Saw d.c and jiamin.
Went to buy movie tickets .
Walk around and bought different food from different stall at bugis basement.
After eating. went up to bugis to buy combo and headed in to the cinema.
Watched ''Race to Witch Mountain. ''

After show, walk to ICE MONSTER stall for dessert


Ordered their famous dessert.

After eating. walked to penisula.
Half way thru, was playing. and i make spoil her shou lian.
Beads were flying every where.
So went to collect all back. but i think few are gone :x
Went to penisula to change clothe and to boonlay.
Train home :)

Today, Gym with dragonboaters at Tampines gym.
Headed home , bathe and rush to city to meet dear.

Went to Plaza Sing. Ate KFC, and headed to CATHAY to book movie tickets.
The sun is blazing hot so took mrt to orchard. Walk to far east.

Went to Cathay to watched Dragonball evolution.
