Yesterday went for trg , was late for half an hr again. lols

left early for training and went to meet lech and JTSK for lunch :)

Today, woke up, and went to see doctor first, as my eyes is real swollen :x
After that , took bus to the gym.
Gym with yuheng, yu jia, jun rong, alvin and myself.
Then went swimming.
Jianbin join us later.
