Biscep curl 7.5 kg per side- max
5 kg per side- 8 reps
Bench press 15 kg per side - max
12.5 kg per side - 8 reps
Dead lift 25 kg per side - max
20 kg per side - 8 reps
2km - 9 mins
Pushup - 58 / min
Sit up - 64 / min
Dipping - 25 / min
Pull up - 8
Dissapointed with my gym results. tsk.
gonna go gym more often.
After trg , went with alvin and jianbin to find the girls at kfc. then play the concentration game again.
Till 11 plus , home sweet home =D
