Meet out with cliques at simpang bedok at night for supper.

- Singapore Zoo Run
Meet up with victor. He accomapany me to the zooo run. thanks bro.
Completed the 6km plus run.
After run, went to amk hub to eat.
Then headed to sun plaza to find yj.

-Oakley Day
After school , went home 1st. Dear came my house to help me paste taps on my paddle. Did attendance sheet.
Went to Tampines Mall to walk around.
Went to Puma to find sam.
Saw linda and bf, and yuanyuan.
Headed to Macdonald for dinner.
Took Train to Aljunied to find yj,vic,wy, jackson, joleen and yj friend.
yj and joleen left to other place.
The rest follow me to buy OAKLEY :)

Dissapointed with my results. sigh.
i am not improving.
800m - 2.47s
Bench Press - 30kg (per side) max rep
DeadLift -45 kg (per side) max rep
Biscep Curl - 15kg (perside) max rep
Pull Ups - 16
This is bad . . .
I hurt my elbow last year, and the old injuries is bad again, thought i saw a sinseh.
After doing yesterday weights. it hurts again. awww.
